The cottages are based upon real buildings and many collectors enjoy touring the country lanes in search of the actual houses that have inspired the miniature versions — that’s how authentic they are!
From photographs, the internet and sketches, up to forty different processes then follow to produce a complex series of moulds from the original sculpture. There is no room for error as the original wax sculpture is lost during the process!
The Founders dream was to capture the architectural heritage of Britain in the most authentic, detailed miniature sculptures ever seen something he clearly has achieved.
