Returns Procedure 1. Request to return any item must be made within 14 days of delivery. 2. A unique returns number must be obtained from ourselves at time of informing us that you wish to return an item, this can be obtained Via E-mail or Telephone. 3. Goods must be returned in the condition sent as out. 4. Goods must be returned to the address given at time of obtaining your returns number. Goods Damaged /Lost in Transit within the United Kingdom Items damaged in transit require the buyer to inform us of the damage within 7 days of delivery in writing with photographs of the damage if required for the carriers to inspect; Non delivery must be reported within 14 days of dispatch Goods Damaged In Transit/ Lost Outside the United Kingdom Overseas Deliveries Can only Be Insured for non delivery/Loss in transit and not general damage in transit at this time Non delivery must be reported within 21 days of dispatch Refunds & Exceptions If incorrect goods are sent - seller will pay return postage and full refund given apon return of goods. Goods Damaged in transit UK - Seller will issue a full refund as directed by the carrier once processing the claim is complete. Goods Lost In transit UK - Seller will issue a full refund as directed by the carrier once processing the claim is complete. Goods Lost in transit Overseas - Seller will issue a full refund as directed by the carrier once processing the claim complete. Goods damaged in transit Overseas - No refund is available in this case and is entirely at the buyers risk. Goods Returned By Carrier Customer Moved Away - refund available for up to 3 months from dispatch date if unclaimed after 3 months no refund will be given Goods Returned By Buyer. Unwanted - Unwanted goods will have a 25% restocking charge placed against them & there will be no refund of carriage charges, these costs will be deducted from the Buyers refund - buyer is also responsible for the cost of returning the goods and the goods being returned in the condition they were sent out, goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are issued within 30 days from the goods being received back. Unwanted Goods Returned Without Unique Returns Number/Delivery Refused By Customer And/Or Return Sent To Incorrect Returns Address Any Unwanted Goods Returned Without a Returns Number Issued Or Sent To The Incorrect Returns Address Will Have a 60 % restocking charge applied, Deliveries Refused By Customers in a attempt to avoid the return postage will also have this charge applied Goods Not Returned In The Condition As Dispatched We reserve the right to refuse a refund if unwanted goods are returned damaged used or soiled, if this is deemed the case the buyer will be given 7 days to pay the carriage charge to send the item back to them if not agreed after 7 days the item will be disposed of as refuse and no refund will be given Timely Reporting of damage or loss in transit All reports of loss or damage must be made within the time frames given claims outside this window will be declined all deliveries must be allowed 7 days transit time before a claim will be accepted All days mentioned in this document are working days Monday to Friday only. ![]() |
